Global Warming Politics The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Association may as well throw in the towel. They are of little use when matched up to the Politics of Global Warming. Not only are the outlandish claims of the Global Warming crowd all but baseless but the purse strings that fund NASA, NOAA and a variety of National weather forecasting groups are controlled by Government agencies. Imagine a group funded by the government telling the government that their latest fad science, Global Warming, is a waste of time. It’s not going to happen. Not as long as these agencies rely on them for their funding. Directors WILL tow the Party line or be replaced; it’s as simple as that.

Global Warming,Weather forecasting and Politics should never cross paths. One has nothing to do with the other. The Global Warming propaganda that has come from the upper levels of Congress, those who incline to the left, have shown no less interest in Global Warming than to enforce their dogmatic views on experts who would otherwise never allow the “junk science” of Global Warming into their facilities. Once Global Warming Politics, has shown itself to be controversial, able to arouse conflict and conjecture along Party lines, it has all the trappings needed to become a favorite topic or issue in Government circles. This is the beginning of preferential treatment.

After achieving recognition from respected Agencies like NOAA or NASA, even if said recognition was enforced not earned, the issue is expanded. Soon, University or Graduate level credence is given to this Global Warming myth. Weather forecasting and Politics don’t mix and no amount of carefully crafted design and packing will make any difference as to the content or reality of it until someone of respected status validates it.

This is where the propaganda becomes translated into dollars. Here’s the scenario; Professor “X” is leading a department at a respected University. The projects he and his team have funded have been completed and are drawing to a close. He unsuccessfully applies for further funding for the next project of his desire. No funding is provided. Sooner or later, one of his Administrative Superiors suggests to him that he might want to explore a certain phase of facet of Global Warming. Translation; Professor, if you want the grant money to keep your staff and status, this is what you will do. The staff stays in tact, the Professor works as he is directed and no one realizes that Politics has just had a hand in governing science. Global Warming and Weather forecasting and Politics simply don’t mix!

Of course, the media picks up on the story and portrays Professor “X” as a leading pioneer in the field of Weather related issues as he is gaining more current and damaging information regarding the Global Warming issue. The media doesn’t report that Professor “X” was threatened with his funding should he not cooperate. Dollars flow and as long as Professor “X” is a well behaved lapdog, no harm comes to his group of sincere and dedicated scientists. The Professor is admired and suitable accolades are given to him whether he provides any useful information or not. He is considered a hero in the field for his efforts and his peers, the media and the Administration are most pleased with the effort as they reward him beyond his own view of his achievements. Interviews are granted and subordinates gravitate towards him as they too want a piece of this action.

In 1938, German soldiers were recruited as part of the effort to isolate the Jews as part of the domestic effort ordered by Adolph Hitler. The soldiers and the Jews grew up side by side and had nothing but good things to show for their mutual relationship. One day, they are ordered to move the Jews to a German ghetto and the rest is the history of WWII. No less of an effort is being brought to bear today with our Political process regarding Global Warming. Those who have a commercial interest in providing accurate weather reports are not up in arms and for the most part, they shun the idea of weather forecasting and Politics. It has no place in their profession! One of the many reasons that commercial forecasters don’t buy into the junk science of Global Warming Political forecasting is that the information necessary to support the claims, has not been recorded! Who knows how the Earth heats and cools as it completes its cyclical climatic processes? The data is not available to make such claims.

Mixing weather forecasting and Politics does have many parallels. Perhaps those who espouse the life altering attributes of Global Warming should go to a podiatrist to get a tooth pulled. Maybe going to a brain surgeon to have a wart removed is more in keeping with their thought process. It seems indefensible that a Politician could usurp the training and experience of educated and sincere climatologists in order to pursue their own Political agenda. To date, Mr. Al Gore Jr. has produced over a hundred million dollars toward his own personal account by promulgating this propaganda into the news media. The news media has generated no end of reporting time and debate over this issue. After all, it is, for the most part fabricated and the more mileage they can get out of it, the more beneficial it is for those who profit from it.
